午后的深圳龙岗智慧家园，金色的阳光透过宽大的玻璃幕墙，在窗前洒了一地。华力创科学（深圳）有限公司（以下简称“华力创科学”）联合创始人、CTO白仲皖的办公室里，几枚直径仅8.5毫米的微型六维力传感器静静地躺在工作台上，闪烁着金属的冷光——把这些如纽扣般大小的传感器做精做细，是白仲皖每天面对的“考题”。

On a sunny afternoon at Smart Park (Zhihui Jiayuan), an industrial park in Longgang District, Shenzhen, sunlight streams through a floor-to-ceiling glass curtain wall. On the workbench in the office of Junghwan Back, co-founder and CTO of Haptron Scientific (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., lie several miniature six-axis force sensors just 8.5 millimeters in diameter, their metal surfaces giving off a cool gleam. Getting these button-sized devices ever more precise is the daily challenge Dr Back wrestles with every day.

一阵高强度的忙碌之后，白仲皖起身伸了伸懒腰，转身走向一旁的茶桌，提壶注水，精巧的茶杯里瞬间升腾起一抹温润的茶香。这一张一弛的画面，宛如一个精准而奇妙的注脚：一边是彰显极致理性的科研场景，一边是充满东方韵味的生活桥段。

After a stretch of intense work, Dr Back stands up, stretches and walks over to a tea table. As he fills the pot, a delicate fragrance rises from the fine porcelain cups. The scene — the rigorous logic of scientific research set against the quiet elegance of daily life — captures his life here in a single frame.

安心创业，诗意栖居——这，正是一位韩国博士在深圳七年生活的真实写照。

Such is the life of a South Korean PhD who has spent seven years in Shenzhen: settled enough to build a business, at ease enough to enjoy a cup of tea.

一束微光：从创新赛场到创业战场

A Glimmer of Light: From the Competition Stage to the Startup Battlefield

白仲皖与深圳的结缘，始于蜚声国际的深创赛。

Dr Back's ties with Shenzhen began at the China (Shenzhen) Innovation & Entrepreneurship International Competition. 

2019年，正在英国伦敦国王学院求学的韩国青年白仲皖和他的中国师弟鱼晨，在导师刘宏斌的指导下，带着他们共同研究的光学多模态感知技术项目参加了中国深圳创新创业大赛第三届国际赛，最终获得人工智能专业赛二等奖。

In 2019, while a student at King's College London, he and his Chinese junior fellow student Yu Chen, under the guidance of their mentor Liu Hongbin, entered the third international edition of the competition with a joint project on optical multimodal sensing technology, winning second prize in the artificial intelligence category.

这次参赛，让白仲皖看到了深圳蓬勃的人工智能与机器人发展生态所带来的广阔市场。“当时，我们发现深圳聚集了大量的机器人企业。当这些机器人变得越来越智能化时，意味着它们越来越需要感知到更多的信息。”彼时的白仲皖敏锐地察觉到，深圳的智能化浪潮正在催生对高性能传感器的巨大需求——而他们师徒三人的技术优势，恰恰是在传感器最关键的灵敏度、稳定性、小型化等方面。

The competition opened Dr Back's eyes to the vast market potential of Shenzhen's booming AI and robotics ecosystem. "We noticed that Shenzhen is home to a large number of robotics companies. As these robots become smarter, they need to sense more about their surroundings," Dr Back recalls. The wave of intelligent upgrading in Shenzhen was generating huge demand for high-performance sensors — exactly where the trio's strengths lay: sensitivity, stability and miniaturization.

于是，在经过一番深入思考后，2019年7月，白仲皖和鱼晨——这对跨国师兄弟，最终在位于深圳市龙岗区宝龙街道的智慧家园园区正式注册成立了华力创科学——这里，给了他们优质的空间、低廉的租金和一系列科创扶持政策。而“华力创科学”的名字——“以中华之力，创造科学的价值”，则承载着两人矢志科技创新、投身中国智造的初心。

After much deliberation, in July 2019 Dr Back and Yu — a cross-border duo of fellow students — registered Haptron Scientific (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. at Smart Park in Baolong Subdistrict, Longgang District. The park offered quality office space, subsidized rent and a package of support policies for tech startups. The company's Chinese name, Huali Chuang, means "creating scientific value with the power of China", encapsulating their original aspiration to pursue technological innovation and intelligent manufacturing in the country.

此后的七年间，白仲皖和鱼晨一步一个脚印地探索着自己的创业之路。从招募工程师到搭建实验室，从打磨技术到迭代产品，从对接客户到拓展市场……志同道合、性格互补的两人，一个深耕技术研发，一个专攻市场开拓，携手带领着年轻的华力创科学一步步做大做强。

Over the past seven years, Dr Back and Yu have built their business one step at a time. From recruiting engineers and setting up laboratories to refining technology and iterating products, from landing clients to expanding markets, the two like-minded, complementary partners — one focused on R&D, the other on market development — have worked side by side to grow the young startup from strength to strength.

如今，昔日在导师指导下的“兄弟档”已进化为一支近百人的团队，并成功研发出世界首创的高性能光学多模态感知技术。基于该技术开发的产品，在微型化、高精度、大量程、抗干扰、可全自动化生产性等方向上存在一系列优势，可广泛应用于人形机器人、智慧医疗、工业机器人等诸多领域。

Now, the "brother duo" once guided by their mentor has grown into a team of nearly 100. They have developed the world's first high-performance optical multimodal sensing technology. Products built on it offer several advantages — they are compact, highly accurate, cover a wide measurement range, resist interference well and are suited to fully automated production — and can be used in humanoid robotics, smart healthcare, industrial robotics and many other fields.

An Echo: Every Entrepreneur Can Work Miracles

2025年5月，白仲皖和鱼晨的创业故事迎来了一次意想不到的回响：中央广播电视总台与深圳市委宣传部共创的精品短剧集《奇迹》剧组找上门来，欲将其从实验室到产业化的真实经历改编为单元故事《微光》。

In May 2025, the duo's story struck an unexpected chord. The production team of Miracle, a quality short-form drama series co-produced by China Media Group and the Publicity Department of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the CPC, came to them with a proposal: adapt their journey from the lab to industrialization into an episode titled Glimmer.

“当时，我们从创业路上的弯路聊到技术突破的狂喜，《奇迹》剧组的主创人员都被这段‘国产传感技术的逆袭史’深深打动了。”白仲皖笑着介绍，仅仅一个月后，由师弟鱼晨和他共同创办的华力创科学摇身一变，成了由剧中人物胡小鱼与陈家文这对“冻鸳鸯兄弟”创办的冻鸳鸯科技公司。

"We talked about the detours we took and the thrill of our breakthroughs. The production team was deeply moved by how domestic sensor technology beat the odds," Dr Back recalls with a smile. Just a month later, the company he and Yu Chen had founded became, on screen, Frozen Yuanyang Technology, set up in the drama by the “Frozen Yuanyang brothers,” Hu Xiaoyu and Chen Jiawen — a name that nods to the classic Hong Kong-style coffee-and-milk-tea blend.

“冻鸳鸯兄弟面对‘卡脖子’难题不放弃的韧劲，就是我们的日常写照。”白仲皖拿起工作台上一颗直径仅8.5毫米的“Photon Finger”传感器感慨道——2024年，华力创科学推出了世界上尺寸最小的微型六维力传感器“Photon Finger”，这是他和团队耗时多年攻克的核心成果，将传统数十毫米的传感器微缩至毫米级别，成功应用于人形机器人等领域。

"The resilience of the Frozen Yuanyang brothers in the face of technology chokeholds is a true reflection of our daily lives," Dr Back says, picking up from the workbench a Photon Finger sensor just 8.5mm across. In 2024, the company unveiled Photon Finger, the world's smallest six-axis force sensor, built on its proprietary optical multimodal sensing technology — the result of years of work by Dr Back and his team, who shrank sensors from several centimeters down to a few millimeters and put them to use in humanoid robots and other fields.

白仲皖坦言，《奇迹》台前幕后的故事，让他更加读懂了深圳这座城市：在这里，不分国籍、不论种族，只要怀揣创业梦想、脚踏实地钻研，每个人都拥有创造奇迹的机会。“很多地方创业看重出身、背景，但在深圳，评判标准只有技术和产品。”白仲皖谈起多年创业经历感触尤多，从最初参加深创赛获得落户扶持，到享受龙岗一系列创业政策支持，华力创科学成长的每一步都能感受到城市对创业者的全情呵护。

Dr Back says the story on and off the screen helped him better understand Shenzhen: here, regardless of nationality or ethnicity, anyone who holds an entrepreneurial dream and works steadfastly has a chance to work miracles. "In many places, success as an entrepreneur hinges on pedigree and connections. In Shenzhen, technology and product are the only yardsticks," says Dr Back, speaking from seven years of experience. From the support they received to set up operations after the competition to the range of startup policies in Longgang, every step of the company's growth reflects the city's wholehearted support for entrepreneurs.

“深圳给了每一束微光被看见的机会。”白仲皖说，最近每次走在深圳街头，看着随处可见的APEC会议宣传语——“相约深圳，见证奇迹”，他的心里都会涌上一股莫名的感动，“深圳让每一位追梦人都能找到属于自己的舞台。趁着APEC会议临近，我也要向我的韩国朋友们发出邀请：到深圳来走一走、看一看。”

“Shenzhen gives every glimmer of light a chance to shine,” Dr Back reflects. These days, walking the streets of Shenzhen and seeing the ubiquitous Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) slogan — “Gather in Shenzhen, Witness the Wonders” — he feels a surge of emotion he cannot quite explain. “Shenzhen lets every dream chaser find their own stage. With APEC approaching, I want to invite my South Korean friends: come to Shenzhen, take a walk and look around.”

一缕茶香：在宜居深圳品味诗意栖居

A Hint of Tea: Savoring a Poetic Life in a Livable City

如果说满腔热忱的创业是白仲皖在深圳的主旋律，那么恬淡平和的生活则是这座城市悄然赠予他的和弦。

If passionate entrepreneurship is Dr Back's main melody in Shenzhen, then a quieter, gentler life is the harmony the city has quietly added.

白仲皖至今仍记得，2019年初到龙岗智慧家园时，园区周边那幅百业待兴的景象：没通地铁，没有商场，没建公园；偌大的园区里没有一家咖啡馆，也没有几家像样的餐厅，下班后想找个地方坐坐，都是一种奢望。

Dr Back still remembers what greeted him at Smart Park in early 2019: no subway, no shopping malls, no parks. The sprawling park did not have a single café or a decent restaurant; finding somewhere to sit after work was a luxury.

而如今，深圳地铁14号线开到了智慧家园门口，园区里汇集了瑞幸、库迪等品牌咖啡和一批特色餐饮，文体场所和商业街区一应俱全。热爱美食的白仲皖，有时会和同事们在楼下的咖啡馆里，一边品尝咖啡新品一边讨论技术方案；有时，他也会邀上三五好友到附近的湘菜馆里解解馋——来华七年，他不仅学会了一口流利的普通话，还爱上了品类丰富、风味十足的中国菜，以辣著称的湘菜尤其是他的“心头好”。

Fast forward to today, Shenzhen Metro Line 14 runs right to the doorstep of Smart Park. The park now has coffee chains such as Luckin and Cotti, along with specialty restaurants, cultural and sports facilities and retail streets. A food lover, Dr Back sometimes talks through technical solutions with colleagues over the latest coffee offerings at the café downstairs, and sometimes takes friends to a nearby Hunan restaurant to satisfy a craving. In seven years in China, he has become fluent in Mandarin and fallen in love with Chinese food in all its variety — Hunan cuisine, known for its heat, being a particular favorite.

除此之外，在忙碌的研发工作之余，白仲皖还养成了一个好习惯——跑步。作为享誉世界的“千园之城”，深圳的公园建设是令白仲皖惊叹的另一种“奇迹”。闲暇之余，他常常会来到龙岗大运公园或深圳湾公园，在清新湿润的空气中悠然跑上几圈。有时候，清晨沿着深圳湾公园的海堤慢跑，目力所及之处，一面是绿树草地，一面是辽阔大海，候鸟不时在晨光中掠过水面——对白仲皖来说，这是他一天之中最放松、最惬意的时刻。

Beyond his busy R&D work, Dr Back has picked up another habit: running. Shenzhen, known as a "City of a Thousand Parks," has built so many green spaces that Dr Back counts them as another "miracle." In his spare time he often jogs at an easy pace through Universiade Park in Longgang or Shenzhen Bay Park, breathing the fresh, humid air. Some mornings, running along the seawall at Shenzhen Bay Park, he takes in green trees and lawns on one side and the open sea on the other, with migratory birds skimming the water in the light. For Dr Back, these are the most relaxing moments of his day.

另一个让白仲皖融入这座城市的细节，是茶。在英国留学时，他更习惯喝咖啡，但来到深圳后，他渐渐爱上了中国茶。后来，他干脆在办公室里专门摆了一副茶具，一有空就泡上几杯。从最初分不清绿茶和乌龙茶，到现在能品出不同茶叶的韵味，茶成了他与中国同事、合作伙伴之间最自然的沟通媒介。当阳光穿过窗台，茶汤在杯中泛着琥珀色，白仲皖总会想起七年前刚来华时的自己——那个对深圳几乎一无所知的韩国青年。那时的他不会想到，这座城市不仅给了他创业的舞台，还给了他一种可以安放身心的生活方式。

Another thing that has made Dr Back feel at home here is tea. While studying in Britain he drank coffee, but in Shenzhen he gradually fell in love with Chinese tea, and eventually set up his own tea set in the office and now brews a few cups whenever he can. He has gone from not being able to tell green tea from oolong to savoring the nuances of different teas, and tea has become the most natural bridge between him and his Chinese colleagues and partners. When sunlight falls across the windowsill and the tea glows amber in the cup, Dr Back often thinks of the young South Korean who arrived seven years ago knowing almost nothing about the city. He could not have known then that Shenzhen would give him not only a stage for entrepreneurship but also a way of life in which he could put down roots.

如今的白仲皖，依然每天穿梭于实验室与会议室之间，为攀登光学传感技术的下一座高峰而不懈努力着。当被问及未来时，他对自己和华力创科学都充满信心——在深圳这片土地上，他和他的团队已经证明了一件事：无论你来自哪里，只要心怀微光、勇敢逐梦，这座城市就会回赠你一片灿烂的星空。

Dr Back still shuttles between the laboratory and the meeting room, striving to push back the next frontier of optical sensing technology. Asked about the future, he is full of confidence in himself and in Haptron Scientific. Here in Shenzhen, Dr Back and his team have already proved one thing: no matter where you come from, as long as you dare to dream and work for it, this city will open doors to boundless possibilities.
